LG 11kg Washing Machine 1400rpm Spin Speed - Black vs 11kg Washing Machine 1400rpm Spin Speed - White — Comparison

The LG F4X7511TBB in black and the LG F4X7511TWB in white are the same 11kg washing machine with a 1400rpm spin, each priced at £1,049. The choice is about finish rather than performance. Both offer 24 programmes, a quick wash, a reduced creasing option, wool and hand-wash settings, a noise level of 71dB, an A energy rating and a two-year guarantee. Both measure 600mm wide and 620mm deep and weigh 68kg, so the footprint is identical.

The features are the same on both, including TurboWash360, AI Direct Drive and ThinQ Wi-Fi, so neither colour adds capacity or programmes. Black suits a kitchen with darker units, while white suits a lighter scheme. Either way you get the same drum, the same controls and the same running characteristics.

Reviewers praise the low noise, the sleek design and the drum clean programme. One buyer who switched from a Samsung said the 11kg drum has cut down the number of weekly washes. The most common frustration is that the AI wash does not show how long a cycle will take until it starts, so if you plan your day around timing, expect to see the duration only once the cycle is running.

Bottom line: choose the black LG F4X7511TBB if your kitchen has darker units and you want a black finish, and choose the white LG F4X7511TWB if you prefer a lighter finish; the price and performance are the same.
