LG vs NEFF — Comparison

The LG WT1210WWF at £1,499 and the NEFF VNA341U8GB at £1,129 are both washer dryer solutions, but they are designed very differently. The LG is a washer dryer tower with a 12kg wash and 10kg dry capacity, while the NEFF is a single washer dryer with an 8kg wash and 5kg dry capacity.

The LG WT1210WWF stacks a washer and dryer into one vertical tower, giving you large separate capacities: 12kg for washing and 10kg for drying. This means you can wash and dry full loads simultaneously, ideal for large families who do lots of laundry, while taking up the floor space of a single machine. The NEFF VNA341U8GB combines washing and drying in one drum, with an 8kg wash and 5kg dry capacity and a 1400rpm spin. Combined washer dryers save space but dry smaller loads and cannot wash and dry at the same time.

For large households, the LG's huge capacities and ability to run both functions at once are a game-changer, justifying the extra £370. For smaller households or kitchens where a tall tower will not fit, the NEFF offers a compact all-in-one solution. Check height carefully, as washer dryer towers are much taller than standard machines, and confirm whether the NEFF suits freestanding or integrated installation in your kitchen.

Bottom line: choose the LG WT1210WWF at £1,499 if you want a 12kg/10kg washer dryer tower for big families. Choose the NEFF VNA341U8GB at £1,129 if you want a compact 8kg/5kg washer dryer in a single machine.
