AEG vs Haier Dishwashers

AEG starts with the AEG FFB73727PM 600m 15 Place Setting Dishwasher - Stainless (£749), with FFB53937ZM at £499 and FFB73727PW at £699 covering the rest of the line-up. Haier responds with the Haier XI6C4S3FSB-80 (£499), backed by XF5C4M1X-80 at £499 and XF5C7M0W-80 at £454. The comparison is between mainstream-premium full-size dishwashing with large place settings and feature-led value dishwashing around the £500 mark, so capacity, fit and daily loading style matter as much as price.

Technically, AEG brings 14 to 15 place settings, AirDry door opening, satellite-style spray coverage on higher models and flexible basket layouts for mixed loads. The focus is efficient full-size cleaning, good drying and practical daily programmes rather than unusual drawer architecture or very low entry pricing. In contrast, Haier competes with generous interior layouts, flexible racking, modern touch controls and feature-rich programmes at prices that undercut many premium European rivals. Depending on model, buyers can expect practical intensive, eco and rapid cycles, with the brand aiming to deliver big-load convenience without a luxury price. Place settings, basket flexibility, drying approach, connectivity and format are the main deciding details in everyday kitchens with mixed crockery and cutlery.

AEG suits busy families that run full loads, want dependable drying and prefer a recognised appliance brand with a broad service footprint. Haier suits value-focused families who still want a modern-looking dishwasher, good programme choice and more specification than the cheapest basic machines. Value also includes water, energy, drying quality, noise and the avoided hassle of rewashing or towel drying awkward pans.

Bottom line: choose AEG if you want large-capacity full-size dishwashing, AirDry and balanced premium value / opt for Haier if you want modern features and flexible capacity around £500.
